With over 25 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 8 years as a skilled esthetician, I specialize in a wide range of therapeutic and beauty services. My expertise includes lymphatic drainage massage, wood therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as chair massage. In addition to bodywork, I offer rejuvenating facials and precision eyelash extensions. Dedicated to promoting wellness, relaxation, and beauty, I tailor every session to meet each client’s unique needs.

A seasoned therapist with 15 years in the field, Lauren specializes in both pain relief and deep relaxation. Her expertise encompasses Swedish massage, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial release, hot stone, chair massage, acupressure, deep tissue work, somatic massage, and Reiki. Lauren’s touch combines intuitive understanding and technical skill, tailored to relieve stress and ease pain, leaving you in a state of harmony and well-being.
